1. DMCA Policy Overview

Unbound AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our software to do the same. This DMCA policy outlines the process for reporting copyright infringement related to content accessible through or produced by the Unbound platform.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available through Unbound infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location within the Unbound platform.
  • Your contact information, including full name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Where to Send DMCA Notices

DMCA notices should be sent to admin@unbound.tld with the subject line "DMCA Notice." We will respond to valid notices within 72 hours.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a legal action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright through the Unbound platform will have their accounts terminated and licenses revoked permanently.

6. Good Faith Use

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Do not file false claims.
